What Is The Warranty Period?

All the products you've purchased from AYKA are under warranty against manufacturing detects.

Spare parts to be replaced are not subject to charge under warranty.

Our technical service team is available to be contacted via phone for any problem with your machine under warranty, but your on-site technical service request is subject to charge even if it is under warranty. Another thing that you should be aware of is that all warranty services related to your machine are not subject to charge at our central office in Istanbul. This is an asset to be considered especially for the owners who have small-sized machines to be delivered to us by cargo.


What are the on-site technical support fees?

We only demand technical staff’s travel, food and -if necessary- accommodation expenses for our on-site technical support services under warranty. Please contact us for our regional tariffs throughout Turkey.

 

Problems rooted in User Errors

Our guarantee protection expires in case of the problems occurred due to the issues mentioned below
  • Earth line shall reach the ground out of the building.
  • Operator shall monitor machine continuously.
  • Always use distilled water in water cooler.
  • Make sure that water cooler is not exposed to direct sunlight.
  • Replace coolant on a weekly basis.
  • Make sure that you exhaust motor. Soot, smoke and invisible gases produced during engraving process can cause damage on the mirrors and the lenses.
  • It should not be installed onto the areas such as window or screw on the wall.
  • Periodically clean the trolley and the rails.
  • Accumulation of dust which is produced during cutting and engraving, in the mechanical parts can lead operating problems. Please pay attention to keep your machine clean.
  • Avoid using this machine during a lightning storm.
